Pre-Construction

We start with a free one-on-one meeting to talk through your ideas, your site, and your budget. I'll review your plans or connect you with an architect, then put together a clear, detailed estimate before you sign anything.

Construction

We handle permits, scheduling, and the build itself, with regular updates and an open door to the job site. You're part of the key decisions as your home takes shape.

Maintenance

We walk through the finished home together and take care of every item on the punch list before you move in. If something comes up later, I'll make it right.
